Candy season is upon us and with that comes the worry about weight gain over the months to come.
The holidays truly are just one day and keeping that in mind can help you stay grounded. Enjoy your special meal without guilt but try not to let holiday treats linger for days afterward. Store leftovers in small portions, freeze what you can, or share extras so they don’t become constant temptations. Returning to your usual routine the next day supports your long-term goals and helps you feel your best. One holiday won’t undo your progress – but extending the celebration with extra snacking can make things harder. Celebrate, enjoy, and then gently shift back into the habits that support your journey.
