For as long as I can remember, I’ve struggled with my weight. Even as a child, I knew it was holding me back—but I didn’t fully understand how much it was affecting my life until adulthood.

I no longer use food to cope with stress or emotions. Instead, I focus on healthy eating, staying active, and taking care of my emotional and mental well-being.
