Crust-less Pizza
Crustless Low-Carb Pizza
Ingredients: 1 lb Extra Lean Ground Beef (90/10) ½ tsp Salt 1 tsp Italian Seasoning 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp Parmesan Cheese ¼ cup Pizza Sauce 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese 2 oz Canned Mushrooms Directions: In a greased 10-inch pie plate, mix ground beef (uncooked), salt, Italian seasoning, garlic and parmesan cheese. Press into plate to form crust. Top with pizza sauce, mozzarella chesses and then the mushrooms. Bake at 350° for 40-45 min. Carefully remove ‘pizza’ from the pan and place on a serving plate.
