Congratulations you have made it to the maintenance phase of your compounded semaglutide program! From this point on, we are able to give you 30 days plus 2 refills each time you come into the office.
Month 4-Week 1
Order: Semaglutide 10mg vial
- You will need a new 10mg semaglutide vial. If you don’t already have one ordered, please contact us by phone at (513) 559-1222 or by text at (513) 572-1718
- You will continue on the maximum dosage of 50 units weekly.
- Sometimes we switch over to 100 unit syringes at this point, both examples are shown below!

What's Next?
You should have just had a live, in-office month 5 office appointment and placed a new order for a vial of semaglutide and syringes. Each vial will last a month. Contact us before the end of the 3rd week so that we can collect payment and order the next month’s supply of medication and syringes. You can reach us at:
- Voice: (513) 559-1222
- Text: (513) 572-1718
- Email: midlevel@curryweightloss.com
We require live visits every 3 months to monitor your progress, so keep that in mind as well!
Sharps Disposal
IMPORTANT: DO NOT DISCARD USED NEEDLES/SYRINGES DIRECTLY IN THE TRASH. Place your used needles and syringes into a thick plastic container (such as an empty bleach bottle). Use a sharpie to mark “SHARPS” on the bottle. Once it is full, or when you are done with the program, use tape to secure the lid and place it in a trash receptacle.
