The pre surgical, surgical, and post surgical processes were well explained. The staff from scheduling, billing, nursing, dietary and physician have been totally professional, pleasant and encouraging. The process was not always easy, but I felt JourneyLite was 100% supportive through it all. The journey requires commitment and follow through, but it was worth the effort.
