My journey began in July of 2021. I had the sleeve done Dec 2021. I had thought about having the procedure for several years. I finally took back control of my health. Which gave me back a life worth living. When I tipped the scale at 344lbs I knew I had to do something. I was a size 28-30 in jeans and 4x in tops. I literally couldn’t participate in life. Everything was a real struggle. I’m thrilled to say i’ve lost 155lbs!!! That’s a whole person!!! I can shop anywhere I want for clothes. I can really live my life without worrying if I’ll fit or if the chair will hold me. I 100% would have the surgery again. It’s truly been a life changing experience.
