The Aspire Assist is an endoscopically-placed device that brings a small tube out from inside the stomach to the skin. A catheter can be attached to the device to drain calories from the stomach after they are consumed, resulting in weight loss. This is an entirely new class of weight loss procedure, and the results, while promising, are not yet time tested.
At this point we are not offering the Aspire Assist, but will consider it if enough data is published to support its success.
