Honey-cayenne asparagus scramble recipe
This is a delicious, protein-packed, reasonably low carb option for breakfast or a quick snack!
8 baby asparagus stalks, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 tsp honey
1 tsp olive oil
Cook asparagus pieces in olive oil on high for 5-8 minutes until slightly blackened, season with salt and pepper.
Turn heat to low and add eggs, after about a minute scramble everything up with a spatula.
Plate dish, drizzle with honey, and add cayenne pepper to taste.
