JourneyLite has continued to provide me with the tools and support I need on my weight loss journey. I had the gastric sleeve procedure and am 9 months post-op. I had heard positive reviews from others that had been patients, so once I met with the team, I knew I was in the right spot. I like how involved they are with my progress and the flexibility of communication available. The surgery has changed my life in the most positive way! I was 162 before the surgery, and now am 126 pounds! I am now at a healthy BMI for my height of 5 foot. I will continue to use the tools and guidance from the JourneyLite team to reach the rest of the goals I have set for myself.
