Excellent staff and experience

I started my journey very over weight and health was going downhill fast. I was miserable. Every day things that should be easy had become hard. It was hard to live. I’ve had a life long battle with my weight and I knew that I couldn’t win this battle alone. A doctor I was seeing mentioned that I should look into weight loss surgery because it could save my life. I contacted JourneyLite after a friend mentioned seeing an advertisement for them. From the start, every employee was friendly and accommodating, but most of all CARED about me and my journey. The plan that they have set up to make you successful WORKS as long as you follow their directions. No cheating! The text line of communication they offer was extremely helpful and allowed me to have a support system to access whenever I had a question. Dr. Curry took the time to answer any questions that I had and made sure I understood every process and was comfortable. I have to admit, I was scared to have the surgery, but hopeful for the results. The day of surgery, Dr. Curry and the staff made me feel very confident and comfortable with the gastric sleeve surgery. I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and results of the surgery. I and currently almost 3 weeks post op and weigh 357lbs. I’ve already been able to stop taking 2 of the 3 blood pressure medications I was prescribed. I’m walking better, finding more self confidence, but more importantly my health in on the right track to live a longer, happy life with my wife and family. I can’t thank Dr. Curry and his staff enough! They’ve given me hope for the future with a second chance at life!
