FitBit Part Deux
Just 2 days with my FitBit so far but this thing is really great!
It’s so easy to add foods you eat through the day, and if you set up a food plan it tells you exactly how many calories you can have vs. calories you burn.
The sleep monitoring function is super cool as well.
I really think this would be a big help to anyone trying to lose weight, or even just to maintain weight.
