Attention JourneyLite Dayton patients: Through the end of June (2020) all patients scheduled with our nurse practitioner Dana will be virtual appointments through our HealthTrac app. These include any appointments scheduled on Tuesdays or Thursdays. So in December 2021 at nearly 205lbs I had a gastric sleeve. Best. Decision. Ever.

Having a smaller stomach capacity has allowed me to gain greater control over my emotional eating.
