This course is designed to educate pre-op surgical patients on how to get prepared medically for weight loss surgery and/or revision surgery. Please go through the information and complete each quiz yourself.

At the end you will be asked to submit a completion form. If you do not submit this form, you will not get credit for completing the class and your procedure will be canceled or delayed!
