If your BMI is 40.0-44.99, and you are having a virtual pre-op/consent visit, order your pre-op diet here!  If your pre-op/consent visit is in the office, you will turn it in then.

You will be choosing:

• 1 box of Protein Bars (7 bars per box)
• 4 boxes of Lite Meals (7 meals per box)
• 6 Protein Chips (individual bags)
• 1 box of Entrees (7 meals per box)
• 12 total items

You should consume:

• 1 Protein Chip bag per day
• 1 Protein Bar per day
• 3 Lite Meal per day
• 1 Entree per day
