If your BMI is 40.0-44.99, and you are having a virtual pre-op/consent visit, order your pre-op diet here!  If your pre-op/consent visit is in the office you will turn it in then.

• You will be choosing:
  • 3 boxes of Lite Meals (7 meals per box)
  • 1 box of Lunch/Dinner Meals (7 meals per box)
    • 4 total items

• You should consume:
  • 1 Lunch/Dinner Meal per day
  • 3 Lite Meals per day
