Pre-op/Consent Visit

Preop Office Visit

A pre-op/consent visit is an office visit that occurs prior to surgery, where you will meet with a provider, make sure all your surgical clearances are in order, and discuss the risks and benefits of your specific procedure as well as any remaining testing that needs to be done.  

Pre-op/consent visits can be done in the Cincinnati, Columbus, Northern KY, Dayton, or Indianapolis offices.  

In some cases, for our out-of-town patients, we can do this visit virtually and send a lab order to a nearby Labcorp. We may need you to see your primary care physician if an EKG is needed.
