After surgery you may return to work in one to two weeks if you have a light duty or desk job.  If you have a lifting job you may return in 4 weeks.

If you work from home you can resume as soon as you are off of your pain medications, usually in 3-5 days.

Please bring any FMLA paperwork to your pre-op/consent visit so that we can have it ready for you in plenty of time for your surgery date.
