- Months 4, 5, 8, 11 (and every 3 months thereafter) must be live, in-office appointments.
- In-between months can be either in-person or virtual.

If you have a smartphone or a laptop with a cam, consults for self pay patients can be done “virtually” if you are from out of town! Virtual consults can be done for:
- weight loss surgery
- gastric balloon
- POSE procedure
