Getting ready for your pre-op diet? If you’re doing your Pre-op/Consent Visit virtually, you can order your pre-op diet products online and we will ship them directly to you!
Note: If you are having a live Pre-op/Consent Visit in one of our offices you do not need to do this, as you will fill out your diet order form at the beginning of your visit, and take the products home with you.
