Depending on various factors, your procedure will be scheduled at one of these three facilities:

Although surgery dates are set well in advance, the actual order of cases are not determined until the day before the actual date.  This is necessary due to last minute reschedules and cancellations, and it gets very confusing to keep re-ordering cases and re-notifying patients of new arrival times.

You will be notified of your exact arrival time (either by text or phone call) one business day prior to your surgery date.  We appreciate your understanding in this matter!
