Lap Band:
In order to qualify for a gastric band (Lap Band) your BMI has to be 30 or higher. Usually insurance does not cover surgery until a BMI of 35, but there are self pay options available. Call 513-259-2555 for more information and assistance with the self pay process!

Lap Band, Gastric Sleeve, and Gastric Bypass:
If you have diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, or sleep apnea, then your insurance may cover Lap Band, Gastric Sleeve, or Gastric Bypass if your BMI is 35 or higher.

Lap Band, Gastric Sleeve, and Gastric Bypass:
If you BMI is 40 or higher, your insurance may cover surgery even if you have no weight-related medical problems.

Gastric Balloon: (available soon)
If your BMI is 30-40, you may qualify for a non-surgical gastric balloon procedure.
