Dr. Curry is a Cincinnati native and board-certified general surgeon who has dedicated his career to bariatric and metabolic surgery. He completed his medical degree at Vanderbilt University in 1993 and completed surgical training at Good Samaritan Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident.
He later pursued specialized training in minimally invasive and laparoscopic bariatric surgery, becoming an early adopter of procedures and devices that have shaped modern weight loss care, including gastric sleeve, gastric bypass, gastric balloons, Lap-Band revisions, and revisional bariatric surgery.
