  • You will receive a 18mL bottle of sublingual tirzepatide containing a total of 450mg.
  • This medication does need to be refrigerated.
  • When ready to dose, use the dropper to draw up 0.6mL of medication.
  • Squirt the medication under your tongue and hold it there for at least 2 minutes
  • After 2 minutes, swish the medication around in your mouth for a few seconds and then swallow it
  • Do not eat or drink anything for the next 30 minutes
