So I broke down and ordered a FitBit from Amazon!
Now that we have the ability for our patients to sync their FitBit and JawBone devices with our Patient Support Center, I would like to invite patients to join in and get one of their own!
These cool little devices help you keep track of how active you have been and how many calories you have burned through the day.
You can also do food journaling either online or with their iPhone or Android app! Your information will sync with our patient support center if you link it.
So lets all get moving!
