We contract with most insurance plans and will call your insurance company prior to surgery to verify your benefits and obtain pre-approval.
Understanding your insurance benefits, limitations and procedures ahead of time will ensure that the billing process goes smoothly. If you do not have insurance or your carrier doesn’t cover the procedure, our financial counselors will work with you ahead of time to make financial arrangements.
Patient Financial Responsibility
You will be asked to cover your co-pay, co-insurance, or past due balances prior to your procedure.
For your convenience, we accept, cash, cashier’s checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express.
Because of government and insurance rules, you’ll receive separate bills from each member of your medical team. This includes the surgery center, physician and anesthesiologist. Other bills could include laboratory/pathology, radiology or durable medical equipment (such as a pain pump, muscle stimulator or implants). Our staff will be happy to answer your questions and guide you to the proper sources of information.
